What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure online payment options. The full list of available methods will be shown at checkout when placing your order.
Please note:
 • If paying with PayPal, your order will ship to the address linked to your PayPal account. To ship elsewhere, update your PayPal shipping address before ordering.
 • We do not accept checks, CODs, money orders, or layaway plans.
 • For security, your billing information must match your card details, and the CVC code (3-digit security code on the back of your card) is required at checkout.
 • Orders may be delayed or canceled if this information isn’t provided correctly.

Why is there a hold on my account?

Accepted Answer

If a payment was attempted but the order wasn't completed, your bank or PayPal may place a temporary hold to reserve funds.

This is not a charge—it will automatically expire within 2–7 business days if the order doesn’t process.

If you see an unexpected charge or believe your account has been compromised, please contact our Fan Services team right away.

Question 3

Will I be charged sales tax?

Accepted Answer

Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to locations where it’s required by law. Orders shipped to military addresses are not subject to tax.

The tax shown at checkout is an estimate based on your shipping address. Final tax amounts are based on local rates at the time of processing and may vary slightly.

Tax-exempt?
 Place your order first, then contact us to request a refund of the sales tax. You’ll need to complete a tax exemption form and upload the required documentation for verification.
