Yes. If you use our prepaid return label, a $9.99 fee will be deducted from your refund (U.S. orders only).

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

If it’s been 10 business days since your order shipped (standard shipping), and you still haven’t received it, please contact us.

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid labels outside the U.S.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for our team to process it. We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as everything is complete.
Refund timing:
To your original payment method: Typically appears within 2–7 business days after processing, depending on your financial institution.
Gift card refund: Emailed to you within 24 hours of processing. Be sure to check your inbox—including spam or junk folders—for the email tied to your order.
Need an update? You can check your return status anytime by visiting “Track Order” or “My Account”—just like when you started the return.
Please note:
Refunds are only issued for eligible items. If a returned item doesn’t meet our return guidelines, no refund will be given and the product will be donated. (See: “Are there items that can’t be returned?” and “What are the return conditions?”)

The refund method you select during the return process is final and cannot be changed.
