14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

By using the Properties, you agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to file a lawsuit or participate in a class action. Arbitration may occur by phone, in writing, or in person. Either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property disputes in the courts of Delaware.
